BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE To Film New Video In New York CIty
November 26, 2012Welsh metallers BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE are flying to New York City today (Monday, November 26) to film a video for the next single off their forthcoming fourth album, "Temper Temper". The band will spend five days in the city working on the clip, which is expected to make its online debut in January. "[It's] gonna be a fun few days," states BULLET frontman Matt Tuck.
A three-minute video clip featuring behind-the-scenes footage of the recording sessions for "Temper Temper" can be seen below (courtesy of Loudwire). In the clip, Tuck says that the band's recording process on this album was influenced in part by his work in his side project AXEWOUND. "We approached the record a lot differently this time around," explains the frontman. "It was kind of more inspired by the way I did the AXEWOUND record. And that was basically: Get in the studio and write and record as you went along."
"Temper Temper" will be released on February 11, 2013 in the U.K. via Sony Music. The album's title track was released on November 25 across all digital providers.
"Temper Temper" was once again produced by Don Gilmore (LINKIN PARK, GOOD CHARLOTTE),who worked on the group's last LP, 2010's "Fever", and was mixed by noted engineer Chris Lord-Alge (DEFTONES, NICKELBACK, AVENGED SEVENFOLD).
BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE will embark on a U.K. tour in March. Support on all dates will come from HALESTORM.
